am showing this video it is not because Roger Federer is the best server or the
fastest, it is about three fundamental aspects of the tennis service that are
often neglected. 1. The ball toss - Its height has to be proportional to your
size and the maximum reach of your body and racket arm when fully extended. (Roger
is 1.85 or about 6.1 feet tall and makes contact with the ball at 2.85 meters so
he tosses the ball at least 3 meters high.) |
