Reach Up For Your Tennis Serve!
Written by Sergio Cruz

Tennis Serve video instruction -  The reasons why I am showing this video it is not because Roger Federer is the best server or the fastest, it is about three fundamental aspects of the tennis service that are often neglected.

1. The ball toss - Its height has to be proportional to your size and the maximum reach of your body and racket arm when fully extended. (Roger is 1.85 or about 6.1 feet tall and makes contact with the ball at 2.85 meters so he tosses the ball at least 3 meters high.)
