Here is how to use upper body rotation when hitting an inside out forehand winner: The inside out forehand winner. 1. Prepare with a strong backwing with a good shoulder turn. 2. Lock at maximum wind-up and start forward motion. 3. Take no prisoners swing as hard as you can (it takes sometime until you get consistent - so accept mistakes). 4. Keep your head still and looking forward as you rotate your body (shoulders swing) underneath. 5. Release full power with maximum giratory movement of the shoulders. NOTE: 1- The racket head is the one that will move first in all parts of the movement. 2 - Forearm is next 3 - Finally shoulders - you must allow these to fully rotate.
