Roger Federer - The Tennis Overhead Smash PDF Print E-mail
In this tennis instruction video clip, Roger Federer demonstrates how important focus is:

- Once the ball left his opponents racket Rogers eyes locked into the ball like RADAR and tracks it troughout its flight, until the stroke itself.

- The next thing to observe is Rogers footwork. Nothing is left to chance, Roger makes all the adjustments necessary to place himself behind and under the ball in position to strike a deadly blow to his opponent. Text book stuff!

- As he lifts his non dominant hand toward the ball, for better aim, he turns his shoulders side ways to a position identical to his tennis service. This will additionally allow for tremendous rotational power as you can see in the final frames.

Use Rogers tennis video lessons as a model, he is a great champion and a master of the game.
