Tennis instruction: The topspin one handed backhand can be a very natural and efficient stroke if you just concentrate on hitting the ball out in front and drive the racket head right through the ball on a upwards brush as "gramps" shows on the video.  To obtain best results try to finish with the racket head out in front at the semi extension of your arm. As you improve the finish can and will vary according to different desired effects.
